LOA Chiropractic was founded by Dr. Elysa Talbert and her husband Brad in February 2022. After the birth of their son Cameron, Dr. Elysa and Brad made the decision to start LOA Chiropractic to allow them the flexibility to raise their child, help other families, and to provide for their growing family.
LOA Chiropractic helps all ages, infants to elderly, decrease their ailments and help them live their life optimally aligned.
Dr. Elysa previously worked for over 10 years alongside her mentor and father, Dr. Ellis Schauder. It was through his guidance and support where she learned what it takes to run a successful practice.

Dr. Elysa Talbert graduated from the University of Florida (“Go Gators!”) with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology and a minor in Anthropology. She then moved to Chicago to attend National University of Health Sciences where she graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Elysa Talbert is a licensed Chiropractor in the State of Florida; she also completed post-graduate studies in acupuncture and is certified in acupuncture by the State of Florida.
When Dr. Elysa is not at the office, she can be found spending quality time with her husband Brad, son Cameron, and daughter Rowan.
Brad Talbert
Office Manager
Brad moved to Florida from Maryland in July 2013. He grew up in a hard-working, blue-collar family. Father in construction and his mother's family had a flooring business in Hagerstown. His grandfather, Ralph, started the business in 1965. Brad attended Smithsburg High School and Hagerstown Community College where he majored in Biology.
Professionally, Brad has spent 11 years in retail management, several years self employed and a short time as the head trainer and certified coach for a veteran owned fitness company..
Brads hobbies include golfing, bicycling, exercise, nutrition and reading. He absolutely loves being a father to his son Cameron & daughter Rowan.
Office Babies & Mascot
Cameron was born at Tree of Life in November 2021. His sister Rowan, also a Tree of Life baby, was born in September 2023.
You can currently find Cameron running around the office. Rowan enjoys most of her time eating, sleeping, and hanging out with her parents & big brother.
